Mindfulness is about experiencing the present moment without judgement, being fully aware of the here and now.
8-weeks mindfulness course (MBCT-L) is an evidence-based program designed by Oxford Mindfulness Center. Each session lasts about 2 hours, once a week at 6 or 7 pm. Every week a new topic is introduced, we spend approximately half of the time practicing together (with live guidance) and we spend the rest of the time in reflective practice. All discussions are confidential. There is no obligation to share, only an invitation. In between the sessions participants are encouraged to practice every day at home with the recordings provided.

Coaching is the experience of personal development. It is a journey from where you are right now to where you want to be via a dialogue and exercises which stimulate your deep reflections about what is most important to you. It helps you connect with your purpose in life and your true values. It helps you see different perspectives and be creative. It allows you to be deeply fulfilled, connected with others and successful at what matters most. Coaching is based on trust, is fully confidential and non-judgmental.

It contains of 8-weeks mindfulness course and 6 coaching sessions combining the best of mindfulness science and practice as well the depth of personalised coaching experience. The journey starts with increasing your self-awareness, acceptance and care. We will then explore your true calling and deepest values, as well as fears. Finally, you may choose to free yourself from some of your old beliefs that are holding you back and find the best way forward to being successful authentic self.
